I would like to thank all the regular readers, and new stumblers-upon. Since its inception in November, Gastrologica has taken off in a way I couldn't have imagined. Your feedback, participation and contribution has been overwhelming and I am humbly appreciative.
It is amazing to have a public outlet for a passion we share: bold tastes and strong drinks. I have big plans for the continuous evolution of Gastrologica, including a more sophisticated template, formalized search engine, and the much feared Gastrologica Podcast.
