Culinary Renegade (TM) Steve Wasser is a food writer, amateur chef and contributing food commentator for Off-Ramp, which can be heard Saturdays at Noon on 89.3 KPCC. His pieces have been called compelling noir food commentaries because of his unique style of weaving human stories into restaurant commentaries. They are funny, enlightening, and generally have kept him away from writing this blog.
